    I am a commercial Realtor that was a residential Agent for 7 years in N.Y. as a fairly new Broker in Florida I need all the help I can get to build a referral business. I am currently working in Miami and the surrounding towns. I am interested in your program, can you tell me some more about it? Is your price by town or by county? How often do you give training?

      SO sorry I missed your comment. Our subscription is at the county level since we pull all the probates in your county court house every 30 days. Each county is different so you can call in to talk to Jim or Darci about pricing for the counties you are interested in. As for training, we provide immediate video training the first time you log in, weekly Mastermind calls, monthly Role Play calls and monthly group classes for our advanced training, Probate Mastery.
