Who are the folks behind the company and what’s the history that made ATL what it is today?

Let’s start here … if you found All The Leads because you see the probate niche as a unique way to grow your real estate business, we agree because that’s also exactly how we got here!

ATL started in 2013 when four guys – Jim Sullivan, Chad Corbett, Tom Ownby and Tim Yandell, all real estate industry veterans – simultaneously discovered that probate was a unique, somewhat less competitive and lucrative market niche that seemingly no one else was really doing well. In the beginning, each of the partners was basically doing their own “thing” and ATL was rather unstructured. Actually, even that’s probably stretching things a bit too charitably 🙂

We actually started working with customers in the summer of 2014 and we were genuinely stunned to see this little venture take off as quickly as it did. We definitely played “catch up” for our first couple of years while the company grew rapidly.

In late 2016, it was apparent that if we didn’t start treating ATL more like a real business and managing the details better, we’d likely flame out. The other three partners asked Tim Yandell to assume the CEO role. It’s important to note that one of Chad Corbett’s most lasting contributions to the ATL legacy, in addition to being its first “head coach”, is the concept of Value First, which he preached and we’ve always strived to embed in the approaches we teach our subscribers use as they engage with their leads. Jim Sullivan became ATL’s initial one man sales team and later the sales manager, while Tom Ownby shouldered the responsibility for handling the company’s “books”, agreements and eventually becoming the initial post-sales onboarding specialist that patiently walked our new subscribers – one by one – through our system and its many tools and services.

We won’t bore you with any more minute details, but if we “fast forward to late 2020”, another momentous set of events occurred when, mid-COVID 19, both Corbett and Ownby decided they’d like to cash-in their chips and, as the saying goes “pursue other interests”.  Corbett wanted to embark on living out his dream of being a mobile, well-connected nomad – traveling across the United States in his amazing mobile office – home – toy hauler behind his beloved truck.  Ownby was already living in two places at once, dividing his time between his beautiful log home in the North Carolina mountains and his Florida beach community home and this would allow him to further hone his skills as a wine connoisseur and enjoy a rather carefree life. So … Yandell and Sullivan purchased their former partner’s shares.

Today, All The Leads employs almost sixty dedicated folks nationwide, providing services to its subscribers as the business continues to grow. We have succeeded by staying true to our initial goal of providing Value First to our subscribers and treating them as we would prefer to be treated.  We’ve been rewarded by serving a growing and loyal following that constantly challenges us to do it better every day.
