Selina has been having a hard time getting people to pick up her phone calls. Bruce sets expectations stating that usually only 10% of people will answer your calls and because of this it is important to leave a well prepared voicemail and to be persistent with your calls. Bruce says it could take 5 or more calls until you get a particular lead on the phone. Tim urges Selina to test her caller ID and make sure that it displays the correct information. Bruce chimes back in with the fact that cell phone services have been marking his ISA’s numbers as spam and that consistently calling 50+ calls a day can get your number marked as spam by your cellular service.

Sheela shares her phone call stats from yesterday, in 229 calls 21 people answered. She then asks for advice on reducing the amount of hangups she is getting. Bruce suggests mixing up your approach by using a different pattern disrupter and moving your question up to the beginning of the call. Tim also offers some advice on how to warm your approach up. Tim and Jim emphasizes the importance of being consistent and diligent when reaching out to your leads. Timing and number of contacts is very crucial.
