The team suggests that the attorney is likey brushing him off and the best thing he can do is build more trust with the attorney and better explain what of value he is to people handling probate. Bruce says it’s a matter of building more value and credibility over time.

The team is initially confused on how working with a title company can be beneficial in probate but Chuck and Bruce suggest asking questions like “Why would title be important in the probate process?” and “What are some title issues that a personal representative should be aware of?”
